This website and every product on it are for adults 21 and older. Do not use it, reserve, or collect an order if you are under 21, or on behalf of anyone under 21. Confirming your age online is a self-attestation; it does not replace the government-issued photo ID check at the counter.
A reservation is not a purchase
A reservation asks the store to hold items for pickup. Nothing is charged online and no sale happens until you pay at the counter. The store may decline or cancel a reservation — for example if an item is unavailable, if the ID check is not passed, or where the law requires — and a reservation not collected within its hold time is released.
Changing a reservation
Until staff have packed your order you can add items from your bag to it, from your pickup pass or your POD Passport; the store prices the whole reservation again at current prices. You can cancel a reservation until it is collected. Nothing is charged online, so there is nothing to refund.
If an item is out of stock
If something you reserved turns out to be out of stock, you can swap it for another product in stock of equal or lesser price. You choose the replacement, either when staff contact you or at the counter, and you pay the price of the item you take. A swap cannot be for a higher-priced item, but you can always buy anything else in stock at its regular price. You can also remove the item or cancel the reservation instead. Nothing is charged online, so there is nothing to refund.
ID check at pickup
Whoever collects must show a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing they are 21 or older, in the name on the reservation or of the alternate collector named on it. If the ID check is not passed, the order is refused and nothing is sold.
Prices, tax and availability
Listings, prices and availability can change. The price you pay is the price rung up at the register when you collect, including tax; any total shown online is an estimate. Sample listings are labelled and are not real inventory.
POD Passport member prices
Some products have a POD Passport member price and a lower Passport+ price. A member price applies when you pay at the counter, show your POD Passport, and your membership is active at that time; reservations and online totals show the regular price. Member prices are not offered on nicotine products. Rewards never include nicotine or vapor products, and points and rewards have no cash value.
Restricted products
Nicotine and vapor products are sold only in person. We do not ship. Hemp-derived and CBD products are not offered online. Product availability is subject to applicable law, licensing and store policy.
Product information
Product descriptions say what a product is, not what it does. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a claim that any product is safe or helps anyone stop smoking. Products that contain nicotine carry the warning federal law requires.
Your reservation code
Keep your pickup code and any POD Passport sign-in private. Tell the store promptly if you think someone else has used them.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest and about your own experience with the product, and must not include health or cessation claims, anything about people under 21, or personal details. The store may decline or remove any review.
Free daily spin: official rules
No purchase necessary to play or win; a purchase does not improve your chances. Open to POD Passport members 21 and older with an active account. One free spin per member per day; a day runs midnight to midnight Central Time, and unused spins do not carry over. Each spin is decided by POD Passport’s server when you spin, not by the wheel: the size and number of segments on the wheel are not the odds. Mystery Pick: official rules
Mystery Pick lets POD Passport members 21 and older with an active account spend 1,000 points or 10 POD Coins on one mystery reward card, up to 3 cards a day (a day runs midnight to midnight, Central time). Every card holds a reward; none is empty. A points or POD Coins prize is always worth at least what you spent on the card. Other prizes are store rewards such as a free accessory, a percentage off, an accessory bundle or double points, chosen from the same reward pools as level-up cards: free members draw from the standard pool, Passport+ members from the Passport+ pool, at a higher minimum level. The points or POD Coins are taken only when your card is issued, and are not returned once it is; the card then works like any other reward card, including its expiry date. Rewards are used in store only, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and never apply to nicotine, vapor or hemp products. Item prizes are handed over from eligible stock. We may change the price, the daily limit or the prizes, or end Mystery Pick, at any time; cards already issued are honoured.

The version and date at the top of this page show which terms are current. A reservation records the version you agreed to when you placed it, and earlier versions remain readable.
