Online acknowledgement
Enter your full date of birth to continue. The website checks that it is a valid calendar date and that you are at least 21 on the current date in Chanhassen. This is a self-attestation, not identity verification. Your birthday is not saved or sent, and the website does not ask you to upload ID. Privacy, accessibility and other information notices remain available from the age screen.
